Add species to Antkey

Strumigenys epinotalis was discovered for the first time in the United States by Mark Deyrup according to Chen et al. (2012). I'm adding the species and it's synonym (Pyramica epinotalis) to the classification, but am waiting for specimen images before I add it to the key.
